happy 62nd republic day!

hii wish you all a happy republic day!!!....it was great to watch the republic day parade from rajpath.....the colorful cavalcade and dressed up defence forces...the different battallions and the display of devilry by the motorbike daredevils was awesome....migs ....jaguars....bigboys....sukhoi's....it was good to watch all this! especially on this day i miss my school days a lot...the preparations ..arrangements...patriotic songs....sort of make a helluva of an experience...though i never participated (with an exception to once or twice) in all these activities but was just an avid viewer...
hey while i was watching today's parade ....i was eagerly waiting for andhra pradesh's cavalcade...but invain! i dont understand what our state government is busy with!...our state is much bigger than tripura and sikkim but they were able to gain an entry into the parade.....i guess our guys are just at loggerheads with each other over powerful seats and learning much vulgar language so that they can abuse each other in front of the media! enta sepatiki separate state kavali ani okaru ...vallaki aa state iste maku rayalaseema state kavali ani inkokaru...ila mukkalu cheyyadam gurinchi matladutare kaani....gujarat state lo modi start chesina investment programs gurinchi asalu prastavane teesukuraru....veella development gurinchi matladedi???? entasepatiki ee kurchi dakkutunda ..andukosam evarni dimpudaama....tarwata enta dandukundama ane alochistaru kaani ...koncham kuda competitive spirit ledu......

why cant people giving any messages think before clearly about the impact of their message and then face the media......
lets hope something good comes out this year but i know it may be my just wishful thinking!!!

wish you all a very happy and prosperous new year! hope everybody has enjoyed their new sunrise with serenity and peace! this year there was some sort of charge in the air....somehow there was lots of adrenaline and hope that somethings good is gonna happen...am just keeping my fingers cross!
wow so many experiences in 2010......new batch of students ...kotta parichayalu ...paata snehitulato spend chesina time....new books ......changes in college atmosphere....trips and tours with them....araku trip twice in a year.....some melancholy moods....hmm edolendi....jeevitamlo inko savatsaram gadichindi....but last year konni gunapathalu and gyanodayalu kuda ayyay.....konni nammakalu vammu kuda ayyayi.....never thought the ones u believe can harm you in a cruel way! i have expereinced the effects and aftermaths of casteism and regional barriers that are errected by the so called elders of our society.....parents and lecturers ke anta pakshapatam vunte students enduku mislead avvaru???? broader thinking, empathy, compassion, humanity are to be inculcated right from childhood which is absolutely nil these days!
hope something good comes with the change of the year....seasons and time!!!

hii friends...
how did ur ganesh festival go? hmm i had a blast and of course a great time with my brother and sister's family. i was just thinking of sharing all the fun times with all of my friends coz its always better to share joys with many and pain with only one person....anyways couldnt get enough time to pen down my thoughts coz work ...work and work!!!!!
hey yesterday one of my frnds commented that i was sounding quite stressed out! now that really scared me as i have always tried to be far from that word. i guess thats the irony of life...jaise kehte hain na.....jise dhoondhte hain woh chehra na milega par bin chaahe mehmaan se zaroor vakif honge!!! kucch aisi hi zindagi bhi hain....well ...that really put me into a thinking process and i started to analyse in all the perspectives....may be what my frnd told was a little bit right(hey mind you only a little bit) so thought that today i m gonna enjoy the whole evening doing my kinda  things....well yes writing of course...so am sharing those thoughts with u people...please yaar dont laugh....coz words are my outlet!!!

యంత్రాల మాయాజాలం లో మరమనిషిలా తయారైన వ్యక్తీ
ప్రకృతి తో అనుసంధానించగలడా?
సున్నితంగా స్పందిచగలడా?
hmm dont you think we have become quite mechanical in our ways of living....hardly we have time for the trivial joys of life...and when we pass that and turn back ...we regret.....anyways hope so that all of us do give time for the little joys and relationships...........

HAPPY GANESH CHATURTHI IN ADVANCE!

Hi friends, I wish you all a happy Ganesh Chaturthi. actually i shall be going out of the station so wont be here to wish you all on the same day so wishing in advance. hmm ...the most awaited festival of the year is here at last. i love it for its vibrance, sheer joy of seeing colorful idols, lots of greenery(patri), modaks......
hey but today's bandh played a real spoilsport! due to this so called bandh all the prices were hiked above normalcy. and of course we were not able to get those pink and white lotus too.
anyways i hope this year atleast a little percentage of the people go for eco friendly idols of lord ganesha. its pathetic to see the tank bund after the 11 days of festivities! you see garbage everywhere and the idols in decript stage. its really heartening to see those idols which were worshipped for 11 days to be half immersed in filth and dirt. please friends go for the eco friendly fresh mud made idols which easily get dissolved in water.
hmm do you know why we use mud specially taken from ponds to make idols of ganesha? this festival comes in the rainy season. and through out the year filth and dirt stagnates in the ponds and lakes. so during the raining season when we have this festival we dig out the mud and clear out the ponds and lakes thus making way for accumulation of rain water. our ancestors were real sharp brainy ones!
